This is based on a smaller kitchen and working within the existing floorplan. This includes new stock cabinetry, new countertops, new plumbing fixtures, new tile backsplash, new lighting, and painting.

This includes semi-custom cabinetry with soft closed doors and drawers, new plumbing fixtures, new countertops, backsplash, lighting, new flooring and fresh paint in kitchen area.
